1. Service Description

Aureply ("Service", "we", "us") is an AI-powered Google review reply management platform operated by Rahul Ajith. The Service automates the process of replying to Google Business Profile reviews using artificial intelligence, and provides analytics, notifications, and management tools for businesses operating in India.

2. Account Terms

To use Aureply, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must connect your Google Business Profile via Google OAuth to enable the review management features. By connecting your Google account, you authorise Aureply to access your business reviews and post replies on your behalf.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to bind the business entity you register. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscription and Payment Terms

Aureply offers paid subscription plans billed monthly in Indian Rupees (INR). All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may be updated with 30 days' prior notice.

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no prorated refunds are issued for partial months.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Aureply uses artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic Claude) to generate review replies. While we strive for professional, accurate, and context-aware responses, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or produce responses that do not perfectly align with your brand voice.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated replies before they are posted, or for the consequences of enabling fully automated replies. Aureply is not liable for any damages arising from AI-generated content posted on your behalf.

5. Data Handling

Aureply accesses your Google Business Profile review data through the official Google API. Your Google OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-CBC encryption. We do not store your Google account password. For full details on data handling, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to post misleading, fraudulent, or defamatory review replies
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, usage quotas, or security measures
• Connect Google accounts that you do not own or have authorisation to manage
• Resell access to the Service without a valid agency or reseller agreement
• Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable laws or Google's terms of service

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aureply and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Aureply in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us at hello@aureply.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees.

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of Aureply after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
